The planning begins for Gabe & Jenny's return to England
The PowerPoint and Binder construction has begun for our annual trip. Last year it was Italy and the beautiful Mediterranean. This year, it's for King and Country, as we return to England.
As we plan for our return to England, we get in the mood by posting some fun tracks from Youtube.
Today's first selection is Suburban Knights by the band called Hard Fi. Gabe first heard this song on Radio 1 in 2007 driving home from work one day. The chorus is catchy and the song has a great beat. And it's not even a dance song. Jenny is in shock Gabe is into this song. In addition to this catchy song, I've added some other favs to get ready for England, and also some "Gabe and Jenny classics from our first trip to England" that always will remind us of our first trip to London. Enjoy the videos:
The following song was playing at all the hip stores in Oxford Circus and on Kensington High Street on our first visit.:
And we plan to drive in the countryside to regions where they host events such as this:
Not a song, but still looks cool, It's the London Eye, Big Ben and the 2008 Fireworks. When Jenny and I rode on the London Eye it took about half hour to make the complete trip. It provided for great views of the River Thames, Big Ben and all of London.:
