It's Gameday Live from Austin.

The big day is here. With the pending launch of the shuttle in addition to such games as Penn State vs. Notre Dame, Georgia vs. South Carolina, our local UCF vs. Florida, along with others on my gameplan and of course my Buckeyes facing off against the Longhorns in Austin, it's bound to be a crazy day here in Sunny Central Florida. The OSU and Georgia flags are going up shortly. ESPN Gameday will be on at 10am live from Austin. Time to go and get ready. Enjoy your games... Go Bucks!!

This week's College Football is on!!!

The guys from www.the-ozone.net have done it again with their always entertaining Tip Sheet. The Buckeyes have a big game down in Austin and the Buckeye Nation will be there in droves. After last week's Potato Famine spuds (in honor of the Notre Dame/Georgia Tech game), Jenny and I will be slow cooking some BEVO (Beef) all day on Saturday. It will be ready just in time for kickoff. BEVO, It's what's for dinner (see photo in this post). Even though the Buckeye game isn't until 8pm. There is plenty of college football to enjoy.

Don't forget that ESPN College Gameday begins at 10 AM Eastern.
Yahoo!! Let's go Buckeyes!! Beat them 'horns! Click Here to read this week's tip sheet.

Atlantis launch delayed today...

It's a beautiful morning in Orlando and we were about 4 hours from liftoff. After weather related delays this bad boy was set to launch today. However they have now scrubbed the launch for at least 24 hours due to a fuel cell problem. I think they have 3 or 4 consecutive days that they can attempt to launch this week beginning with today. You can read more about the launch status by checking out NASA.GOV

Potato Fever Hits Orlando!

In honor of the 160th anniversary of the Irish Potato Famine and the Notre Dame/Georgia Tech game, Jenny made potato skins on Saturday. They were a big hit. Even better, our skin has not yet blackened and broken out into unsightly pockmarks, so it looks like we are free of the Black Fever, a common side effect of eating blighted potatoes! Whoo-hoo! Our land is safe! God save Ireland!
