On Saturday, since we have spent most of the weekend doing nothing, I took Jenny out to
Mellow Mushroom. This was Jenny's favorite Pizza back in
UGA. We have a Mellow Mushroom here in Orlando, and came across it by accident one day driving to Winter Park. I have to say their pizza was yummy. We sat at the bar and while we were there, I tried the locally brewed
OBP or Orange Blossom Pilsner beer. It was good and actually tasted better than the locally brewed beer I have had from Chicago called
Goose Island Honkers Ale. And unlike other beers where you normally add a Lemon or Lime, OBP requires that you take an Orange Slice and squeeze it over the beer- so the bartender gal said. I would have OBP again, however it doesn't replace my favorite beer of Sol beer.
Ok so did I mention Mellow Mushroom was yummy? Well it was. We got some parmesan pretzels which were really yummy too and by the time the pizza came, we were getting stuffed. In fact we had to pack some of the pizza leftovers and I plan on having some for my sunday lunch. :)

On the way to Mellow Mushroom, we saw the 4:30
Virgin Atlantic flight VS015 on approach to OIA, coming in from London Gatwick. I immediately pulled over and had Jenny get the camera and take a picture of that 747-400 coming in. Take a look at the photo we took as it flew over us. It's always a great site to see the Virgin planes coming in each day. It looks like someone in London likes to take photos of these at Gatwick,
check out this link. All we need to hear is that song from the Clash "London Calling" playing in my head. We look forward to the day when we can return to London to visit. We had such a good time when we went for the January Sales.
It's Brilliant!
